Aalia Ali

Web Developer

I started my journey as an intern at Fire IT in January 2022. This opportunity has allowed me to gain experience and knowledge working as a web developer.Under the mentorship of Virginia Damrauer I am building my first webpage and exploring the field of coding. Fire It has evolved into a place of community for me as it has provided countless support and encouragement from staff members.


Carissa Montes

Expense Analyst

I analyze spending on mobile devices, and shut down device services for equipment that is not in use. I also prepare and present Smartsheet Dashboard to demonstrate cost savings over time for upper management. My assistance with mobile device management includes, but is not limited to support for iPhones and iPads.


Breana Luna

iPad Manager

My name is Breana, I've lived in San Diego pretty much my entire life. Some of my hobbies include snowboarding, surfing, and exploring this beautiful city. I'm stoked to be working and learning more about technology. My title is iPad Manager! SD Fire IT is the perfect place to start!


Ari Fine

Hotspot and Pager Manager

As a Hotspot and Pager Manager for Fire IT, Ari Fine has been able to configure, distribute, and upgrade these mobile devices for the Fire-Rescue department, including for Firefighters, Paramedics, and Lifeguards who rely on this equipment. In addition, Ari has organized in-office inventory of equipment and supplies in a much more user-friendly way for the entire Desktop Support team here at Fire IT. From ethernet cables to spare mice, now we can easily find what we’re looking for.


Shayne Smith

Ticket System Manager

Hello my name is Shayne Smith I have an associates degree in Computers and information Science. I am currently the Service Now admin for the Emergency Command & Data Center for the city of San Diego. My day to day task consist of but are not limited to processing help desk tickets , gathering data in smart sheets, as well as fixing and updating new equipment for the fire station to use.


Max Kanayasami

Network Asistant

My name is Maxim Kanayasami, and I am going into my fourth year at SDSU. I am a computer science major and I hope to try to build a better understanding of technology through relevant experiences, including this IT mentorship.


Vin Sironda

iPad Upgrade Project Manager

My name is Viongozi Sironda, I've lived in San Diego my entire life. Some of my hobbies include basketball and soccer. I’m excited to work and learn more about technology. Also I really think SD Fire IT is a good place to gain experience.


Tran Duong

SmartSheet Analyst

 I'm Tran and I was born and raised in San Diego. I love working with people and especially love volunteering and giving back to my community. My current career goals are to work in the medical field and become a Physician Assistant. I think becoming a Fire IT Intern is definitely a great start to my career.


Dominique Esguerra

iPhone Upgrade Project Manager

My name is Anne Dominique Esguerra, but I like to go by Dominique. I like food, driving, and exploring new places in San Diego. I will be going to college in the Philippines and studying nursing to become an RN.


Brenda Harvey

Mobile Device Assistant

I moved back to San Diego after graduating from the University of Michigan. I now live with sister along with four birds and a cat. I enjoy going to the beach, listening to music, painting, and drawing in my free time.
